Kasutam Kair Pickle

Kair (Capparis decidua) is a traditional desert berry from Rajasthan. We use handpicked, sun-ripened kair to ensure authentic flavor and optimal tang.

We follow age-old methods: cleaned and sun-kissed kair, blended with mustard, fennel, turmeric, and other traditional spices, then slow-pickled in pure mustard oil. No preservatives or additives are used.

Expect a bold, tangy profile with balanced heat from whole spices. It pairs well with parathas, thalis, curd rice, dal-chawal, and daily meals—great for anyone who enjoys classic Rajasthani flavors.

It’s plant-based and naturally gluten-free. However, it contains mustard (oil and seeds), so those with mustard allergies should avoid it.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon and keep the lid tightly closed. Over time, natural oil may float to the top—stir before serving. Best consumed by the date on the label; refrigeration is optional but can help retain freshness in warmer months.
